Every so often we shut the doors at Yorkshire Canine Academy in Leeds, put the client dogs in the big barn, lay on food and a couple of speakers, and get the Vantage Pro members in one room.

Vantage Pro Mentorship Weekend

Two days in the room with the team and around fifty other dog trainers who are building the same thing you are. Talks, hot seats, live sales-call breakdowns, trophies for the members who've hit £5k, £10k and £20k months, and the conversations in between that people say were worth the trip on their own.
Members attend as part of the mentorship. Not a member? A limited number of tickets go on sale to non-members in December. Message the team on WhatsApp to be told the moment they're released, or apply for a call and come as a member.
Around 50 trainers. Some drove four hours. Some flew in from Northern Ireland, Spain, Germany and Australia.
One of our members filmed the whole weekend. If you want to know what the people inside the mentorship are actually like, it's the most honest look you'll get.
£5k. £10k. £20k. And a £50k one nobody has claimed yet.
We give members a trophy the first time they hit each milestone in a month. Last weekend that was six or seven £5k trophies, five or six £10k ones, and two or three £20k ones. £5k a month is £60k a year from training dogs. It deserves marking.
Bootcamp shadowing
Members from as far as Sydney and New Zealand have flown in to shadow a five-day bootcamp in Leeds and sit down for a one-to-one while they're here. Two of those sessions are on the blog.
What it actually looks like.
