You don't have time because of the way the business is built, not in spite of it. Every hour of revenue is an hour of your time, so of course there's nothing left for marketing and sales.

The first things we fix are the ones that give you time back: the delivery model (one-to-few instead of one-to-one where it makes sense), the pre-call system that stops you doing five sales calls to close one, and the AI tools that do the admin you're currently doing at 9pm. Members typically find the time inside the first month, because that's what the first month is for.

What we can't help with is someone who won't make two hours a week for the calls and the work. If that's genuinely you right now, wait. We'll still be here.

We hear this on most calls, and we used to say it ourselves. Then a mentor asked Jacob a question: "If Ranger needed a £10,000 operation tomorrow to save his life, does he live or does he die?"

Money is oxygen. Not the mission, the oxygen the mission breathes. With revenue you make easier decisions and less constrained ones. You can turn down the client who isn't a fit. You can take on the rescue for free. You can fulfil each client better, because you're not serving forty of them a week on pennies. You get more results, more testimonials, more proof, which brings you more of the dogs you actually want to help. We give all our YouTube revenue to charity and our bootcamp helps over 500 dogs a year. Neither happens in a business that's broke.

Trying to make more money isn't the devil. Turning yourself into a charity by trying to help everyone for nothing is how good trainers burn out and quit.

It's a 12-month mentorship and the investment is set out on the application call, once we've established what your business is doing and what goal we'd be guaranteeing. Payment plans are available, including financing for members in the US. We don't hide the number; we just don't quote it before we know whether it's the right move for you.

What we can say: most members see the mentorship pay for itself in the first stage, because the first stage is pricing and positioning, and most trainers are undercharging.

Pricing and positioning changes land inside weeks, because they're decisions, not projects. Several of the results on the results page happened in three months. Others took longer, particularly members who came in sceptical after a bad experience elsewhere. The mentorship is 12 months because building a business that runs without you is a 12-month job, not a 30-day challenge.

If we don't hit the revenue goals we set with you, we keep working with you for free until we do. Every penny stays where it is. We take the risk, not you, the same way you promise your dog owners an outcome.

The goals are agreed in writing at the start so there's no ambiguity about what "working" means.

Because an agency gets paid whether you grow or not. A retainer leaves your account on the 1st regardless of what came in, and they own the know-how, so the day you cancel you're back to zero. In the age of AI tools there's also no reason a landing page or an email sequence takes an agency three weeks. You can do it yourself, quicker, cheaper and often with less effort.
