Wins our clients actually reported.

Every figure on this page came from an individual Vantage Pro member, in their own words, with a public Instagram handle attached. Nothing here is a projection or a promise - it's what people told us happened in their business. Amounts are shown in USD first, with the member's own reported currency underneath - how the currency conversion works is explained at the bottom of the page.

When you messaged me back that night I applied, I thought that was an AI response. I've never had anyone respond like that and put that much care into it. Stephanie - Newcastle, Australia

“I'd previously spent a small fortune on another mentorship and saw very little return… Jacob doesn't tell you what you want to hear, he tells you what you need to hear. He took one look at my old website and told me it was shite, and he was completely right. It was hard to hear at first, but it made me take action.”

“Prior to this I'd done other business mentorships that just absolutely flopped - either tried to make me something I'm not, or massively over complicated everything to the point I was worse off after it. This is straight forward and easy to follow with a mega support system.”

“I had a 1-1 with Jacob and in 30 minutes I learnt more about the dog training business than in the 3 years I had been running the company. I've been able to reclaim time to spend with my young daughter whilst increasing profits and decreasing delivery time.”

Samuel Pickup - Domestic Dog Excellence @domesticdogexcellence
$23k → $35k a month

“I thought I was killing it and maxing out the feasible income in the industry. Jacob and the team humbled me and opened my eyes to a world of huge possibilities in marketing, product development and streamlining delivery.”

“I've been in business with a facility that does day care, group classes, day training and board & train, generally bringing in over $200,000 a year. The marketing is what I was lacking, and what your program has helped me with.”

“I'm starting from nothing. It's too early for me.”

Started at £0–£1.5k

“One call with Jacob made me my first $10k month, then $20k–$30k in months. At the start we were making $1k per month. Now it's still just me and we're hitting $30k months - and I'm not even booked out yet. I've quit my full time job.”

Asutosh Ramanan - Alpha K9 Academy @asutoshramanan
$1,000 → $30k+ a month

“I'd had two years of no work. The pressure was all on my wife, and we were going to lose our house if nothing changed. Within four months I was able to support both of us and pay our mortgage. We've got a holiday planned in December.”

Jesse Damianopoulos - Kennel Crew @kennelcrew___
$1,400 → $20,000 a month

“I had no idea how to run a business or market myself at all. I got 10k months only 2 months into the program - while I was still working full time. I've made way over what other trainer friends near me made in their first year, and I'm not doing monkey work 24/7.”

What actually changed, outside the business

The real reason people join

“I was working 12 hour days, 6 days a week. Lots of work, no free time, no growing bank account, and my mental health was declining. Today I work less than I have in years and I've tripled my income. This did more than improve my business - it changed my life.”

Ulph Andersson - Ulver Canine Club @ulvercanineclub
Tripled monthly revenue · buying a house

“In one month I paid for my whole mentorship for the year and went on a nice holiday. I'm working less hours, making 3/4X the money, and most importantly I'm not feeling burnt out. I only joined in April.”

Every quote and figure above was reported by the member named, in the currency they gave it in; the small line under each figure is exactly what they told us. The bold USD number is a converted approximation at the market rate on 9 September 2026 (£1 ≈ $1.35, €1 ≈ $1.14, AU$1 ≈ $0.70), included so a USD-based visitor doesn't have to do the maths. A handful of roster figures arrived without a stated currency and are shown bare. Written testimonials and the roster are from submissions in September 2026. Results are not typical.

Case studies

Same structure every time: who they were, what was wrong, what we did, what happened.

Best case

Adam & Brody — Perth, Australia

$3k → $35k/mo in 3 months*
Who they were

Two trainers doing around $3k a month between them.

The problem

Busy, not profitable. Everything delivered one-to-one, and no offer that reflected the results they were getting.

What we did

The same order of operations every member goes through: positioning and pricing first, then the sales system, then lead flow.

What happened

$35k a month within three months. Later reported passing $100k a month.

Typical case

Jay Tompkins — Severnside K9 · @severnsidek9

£2k → £12–15k/mo*
Who they were

Around £2k a month and convinced the problem was leads and a fancier funnel.

The problem

In his words: the leads were fine. He wasn't saying the price out loud, wasn't asking for the sale and wasn't disqualifying the wrong fits.

What we did

Fixed the sales conversation before touching anything else. Price out of your mouth, ask for the sale, say no to the wrong people.

What happened

Reported £12–15k a month, booking two months ahead.

Typical case

Steve Leonard — Cardiff K9 Training · @cardiffk9training

£2.3k → £9k/mo*
Who they were

A secondary school teacher with a three-hour commute, training dogs around the day job for about £2.3k a month.

The problem

No clear path to going full time without the safety net of a salary.

What we did

Positioning, pricing and a sales process first, so the numbers justified the leap before he made it.

What happened

Left teaching to train dogs full time. Reported around £9k a month.

In progress

Sean — Canine PT, Sydney

Price +50%, same workload*
Who they were

An established trainer running a four-week group reactivity programme at around AU$1,980, 15 dogs a cohort, closing 60 to 70 per cent of calls with almost no sales process.

The problem

A high close rate with no pressure on it. The price was doing the selling, so nobody knew how good the sales process actually was.

What we did

A deliberate price jump towards AU$2,500 to 3,000 to stress-test the sales system, then pre-call nurture and follow-up built underneath it. Session recorded and published on the blog.

What happened

Six-month goal is AU$100k months and copying the model across Sydney. Results to follow.

In progress

Tom — Iron Canine, New Zealand

7 days → one-to-few*
Who they were

Premium one-to-one training at around NZ$1,950 to 3,000 a programme, strong conversion, more enquiries than he could handle.

The problem

Working seven days a week, fulfilment-constrained, turning away clients across the Cook Strait. Every pound of revenue cost an hour of his time.

What we did

Moved delivery to one-to-few cohorts of three to five owners, stripped sessions back to core concepts, and freed the hours for marketing and sales. Session recorded and published on the blog.

What happened

Target of NZ$20k a month within six months without working weekends. Results to follow.

Slow start

Darren Morsley — F.E.T.C.H Dog Trainers, Cork · @fetch.cork

€3k → €13k/mo*
Who they were

Around €3k a month, and burned. He'd already paid for a previous mentorship that, in his words, returned him almost nothing.

The problem

Sceptical of everything, understandably. Trust had to be earned before anything could be built.

What we did

The same order of operations, taken one change at a time, with proof at each step before the next.

What happened

A record €13k month. Slower to get going than the cases above.
